Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer an exchange up to 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you need to exchange, send us an email at sevenstarsjewellery@gmail.com and we will organise your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is faulty on delivery to you, please let us know immediately and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Faulty items must be reported no later than 2 weeks after receiving it in order to receive a replacement.

Turnaround Time 2-4 weeks from order to delivery.
