Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer an exchange up to 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you need to exchange, send us an email at and we will organise your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is faulty on delivery to you, please let us know immediately and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Faulty items must be reported no later than 2 weeks after receiving it in order to receive a replacement.

Turnaround Time 2-4 weeks from order to delivery.
